I am also having the product key invalid message, however I am unable to download the patch and receive the following response "The code execution cannot proceed because PWUTIL.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.  Any recommendations?

    Hi Leanne,
    Please make sure the patch file doesn't have a different name like RINB.EXE(1) or something like that when you download it, this will occur if there is more than one download with the same name in your downloads folder/destination.
    Also, make sure you're not opening the patch file itself but rather copying it into the required location. More info on this here

    OK I have downloaded Rinb.exe and have gone copy, opened QPRollV28, opened reports gone to Rinb file and no option to replace file?
