Payroll premier not showing as being registered to me as such I am unable to lodge STP items I cant

My verision of Payroll Premier isnt showing my business as the registered owner Also I am unable to export my file to submit STP reporting it says that I am unregistered.

Malcolm, it has happened on a rare occasion. If you have genuinely installed your Payroll Premier and previously activated it, then select File tab and see if you have a Register or Activate option. If so, click it and most likely it will run a check and say "Your software is registered". Hope this helps.0
