in payroll premier 2019/20 one employee does not appear in the group certificates for that year but

    Does that particular employee have any PAYG payable?

    now you come to mention it they do not so presumably they don't get a payment summary?

    They do if they have gross wages or allowances; however, you will need to adjust the PAYG to 0.01 so it appears.
