Shuts down after back up , says back up was successfull, is it ? or is it corrupted ? I would love an answer from a QB Tech and a fix please.image??image

    Hi Oly Pine,

    If you have been backing up the data file regularly, when was the last time you created a backup but did not encounter that error message?

    Are you backing up to a local hard disk drive or to a network folder or external USB device?
