Foreign Tax Exempt Amount - STP -PAYG

Where does the Foreign Tax Exempt amount come from? I have an employee who has an amount showing on the STP file who is incorrectly showing he has a foreign tax exempt amount, but when you generate the PAYG PDF there is nothing showing. How do I find where it is getting the figure from, I have gone through every single payslip and can't see anything out of the ordinary.

    I spent almost 3 hours on the phone to Reckon trying to fix the issue I knew more ways that might have fixed it than they did. So sorry I don't think there is an answer but definitely a bug to be fixed is someone understood the problem in the first place.
