Cant Login or Reset Password

I am using the Reckon STP app and couldn't login, I tried to reset my password a few times on a few different occasions via the app but it sends me the Reckon page and not to the reset page for STP.

I have used it in the passed and had no problems

Is there another way to reset my password ?

I would appreciate any advice.

When resetting your password, the app will take you through to this page - https://portal.reckon.com/

Once you're there, you need to hit the 'Help I forgot my sign in details' option on this page.

A new box will appear (screenshot below) where you need to enter the email address for your app account and hit the 'Reset Password' button. An email will be sent to the nominated email address which will complete the password reset process.

Once you have completed the password reset process, you can login to the STP app with your email address and new password.

Thank. The password kept taking me to the online Reckon page but i found it on one of the pages at the back.
