wrong payment summary

my staff's payment summary is wrong after I did duplicate because the payroll was updated twice. it doesn't match with the PAYG summary that I submit with ATO. so my staff's payment summary was higher than the fact. can someone fix it. I try to delete one of them but it's not allow me to delete. thanks.

    Hi there, this discussion has been created in the Payroll Premier category however can I just confirm that is the Reckon software you are using.

    Can you give me a bit more info on the process you followed ie. you mentioned you created a duplicate pay run, was there an issue with the previous submission?
