I'm trying to log in and the authentication code is being sent to the wrong mobile number. I changed the password but don't know how to change the contact number.
Do you still have access to the current phone number that the codes are being sent to?
Also just to confirm, are you using the Reckon Payroll app or the free Reckon STP app?
Thankyou I don't have access to the current phone number and when I go to the Reckon portal page I can't find the "profile tab.
Is there someone I can speak to?
