I'm trying to log in and the authentication code is being sent to the wrong mobile number. I changed the password but don't know how to change the contact number.

    Hi Andrew,

    Do you still have access to the current phone number that the codes are being sent to?

    If so,

    • Head over to the Reckon Portal page here - https://portal.reckon.com/ and sign in with your existing app login credentials.
    • Click on 'Profile' in the top right corner and then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to the Multi-Factor Authentication section.
    • Revoke the existing phone number from here
    • The next time you login to the app you will be asked to set up a new phone number for your MFA codes


    Also just to confirm, are you using the Reckon Payroll app or the free Reckon STP app?

    Thankyou I don't have access to the current phone number and when I go to the Reckon portal page I can't find the "profile tab.


    Is there someone I can speak to?
