How do i correct an error in a pay run that i have lodged via the STP app?
What is the specific error message that the ATO has returned back for your submission?
Go into the erroneous submission and click on the 'Review' button, you'll see a full response message
Sorry for being unclear. I didnt receive an error message from the ATO.
I made the error in the gross pay i entered for a staff member - so i was wondering if i can correct it?
Ah right gotcha. You can't make any changes/alterations to a submission that has already been sent to the ATO. Instead what you'll need to do is create an Update Event in the app to make a correction to an employee balance.
