Cancel Reckon One payroll subscription

How do I go about cancelling an account. I am now using Reckon Hosted and have printed off all relevant reports

    Just to confirm, you're looking to deactivate a Reckon One subscription as per the title of the post, correct? (This post has been created in the Personal Range category so just checking).

    If its Reckon One, then you can deactivate the book from your Portal account. Just follow the steps from this guide -
