Migration problem

I'm trying to migrate date from the old STP app to the new Payroll app (free version).

I'm also receiving the page "This ABN & branch is already registered" and it asks me to either sign in with another account or set up a new business. 

Please advise a fix. Thanks

    Hi @PeterJay

    Have you previously registered your ABN in our GovConnect service at all?

    If you can let me know the ABN you're using on the free STP app I'll take a look at what's happening on our end

    Hi, I have the same issue with migrating the data from STP app to Reckon app, is there a solution for this other than giving you my ABN?
