STP lodgement error

The client was updated to Reckon Accounts Premier: Contractor Edition 2021
Since that update neither of the payroll uploads to STP have gone through - we just receive an 'error' message with NO details of what that error is.
NOT a great problem to have one week out from EOFY! Help please!!!!!

Go into the specific submission in GovConnect by clicking the 'Detail' link and there should be an error response that has been returned from the ATO at the top of the page.
Once you have it, can you please post a screenshot here. It'll give us a better idea of what's going wrong and how to solve it.

I ended up phoning in as I am only with the particular client for a short period each week.
It turned out that, suddenly, email addresses were needed on client cards & in the company profile. Once that was sorted the update went through okay.
It did take about 30 min before there was and actual link to provide the error detail.
