STP migration error loading employee
I migrated to the new STP platform. I went in this morning to submit my first STP and it says my employee is incomplete. When I try to go in and edit the information I get a message:
Error loading (employees name), We are unable to load this employee. Try again.
I try tapping the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner and it won't edit or show anything.
I've tried clicking on each category (tax, leave etc) but it won't edit or show details.
I've tried restarting the app as well as my phone. I'm unable to edit the info so I can proceed.
I would appreciate any help you can give.
