STP migration error loading employee

Hello

I migrated to the new STP platform. I went in this morning to submit my first STP and it says my employee is incomplete. When I try to go in and edit the information I get a message:

Error loading (employees name), We are unable to load this employee. Try again.

I try tapping the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner and it won't edit or show anything.

I've tried clicking on each category (tax, leave etc) but it won't edit or show details.

I've tried restarting the app as well as my phone. I'm unable to edit the info so I can proceed.

I would appreciate any help you can give.

    Apologies for that. We've got our app team working on this as we speak. I'll let you know as soon as its solved.

    Really sorry for the hassle its caused so far but I'll keep you posted.

    I have this problem also. I am using the STP function only, putting in the details for each pay run, small payroll.

    The data migrated just fine from the STP app back in June and completed the EOFY as required. I checked into our ATO data and could see that it all uploaded ok.

    So far, I reloaded the new payroll app to see if I had missed any updates and the data from last financial year reappeared ok. I also restarted my phone.

    The app still says the employees are incomplete, then going in each employee, the categories are listed, but none of them respond nor do the 3 dots.

    Can you help me please?
