Error loading payruns

Started using payroll app basic last week. Last week of the year but didn't see that I had to say it was the last pay run for the year so can't finalize the year. Thought it would resolve when the new year started. Nothing has changed. I still can't finalize. Also trying to process today's pay run and now have' Error loading Payruns' so can't do the wages. Any help would be appreciated.

    Really sorry about that. I've got our teams investigating the issue causing payruns and employee data not to load correctly right now.

    I'll let you know as soon as they've got it solved.

    Thank you Rav pay runs are now loading. I still can't end the financial year(didn't mark pay run 24/6/21 as final for the year).

    When I select End of financial year all the totals for employees are correct but there is no continue button to press. It is a EOFY Report and the only option is cancel. Would like to get this resolved so our employees can get their payment summaries on time. I would greatly appreciate your help.
