Reckon One - Change Modules

I signed up to Reckon One six weeks ago.
It automatically chose more modules than I wanted. I sent an email to the contact when I signed up t(who was very helpful at the time) and asked to reduce the number of models. I've had no answer and now I have been charged a second time for the higher amount.
I only need the first three modules but can't find anywhere to change it.
Should I just cancel because I've hardly used to app and go to Xero, which I'm told is very good for a small operation. I hate companies the incrementally increase their profits due to poor customer service.

It’s easy to do, I had the wrong modules ticked in the beginning, while you’re waiting for Rav to see your message go to the profile icon up the top of Reckon One and have a look at billing on the left hand side and have a look at the billing section. I seem to remember simply unticking the module, or clicking remove. I’m sure you won’t have a problem getting a refund. Try phoning support in the morning

Thanks Kris,
I've attached a screen shot of what I think you meant, but it's not clickable.

What if you click on Update?

It's to update the credit card, but thanks again for the suggestion.

Thanks OK, I appreciate you taking the time to answer.

I have found that page, I can deselect modules but can't save the changes.

I would call support, you need to speak to them about the refund anyway
