Payroll Premier EOY STP upload without FBT figures

Hello

I will be processing my last payroll for this financial year next week but have not received the FBT figures to include on the payment summaries as yet.

Can I upload to STP like normal without doing a final submission and then when I have the FBT figures upload again and make it the finalised submission? If so can you please advise how?
