Payroll Premier Archive Not working

Is anyone else having issues with archiving data for Payroll Premier 2022/23. I had issues with 21/22 and did it in a previous version before upgrading last year. Looks like they havent resolved the issue with 22/23.

I select the following to archive all terminated employees and their pays and it removes all employees including current out of the file.

Help! As my program runs too slowly if I dont archive each year.
