Payroll Premier - STP Full File Replacement for file older than 1 month

Hi Rav
Do you know why when you go to select a full file replacement the full list isnt showing for the FY? It only shows the last 4 submissions. How do you select the correct STP to replace if it isnt showing?

Full File Replacement is only to be used to fully replace the last successful submission only. It shows the last few submissions to select in the event that the last submission either may have been rejected, is in pending etc.
Just something to keep in mind though, STP is reported on a Year to Date basis only. Which means that your latest submission(s) that have been successful will have already updated your Year to Date balances. Is there a particular reason you're looking at doing this for an older submission?
