Payroll Premier 2022/2023 STP Reporting Error

Hi All,

I have upgraded to the new 2022/2023 Payroll Premier program and cannot produce STP Report. I have attached a photo of the error message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FM3: Unable to Open UPG file : cause 5 Access Denied FileError: Name:C:\QPRollV31\REPORTS\Upg.Tps\!Upg2

    I'd recommend giving our technical support team a call on 1300 137 657 so a technician can take a closer look into that error with you.

    Hi @Rav,

    I have contacted the technical support team and can only send/produce the STP report in Administrator mode.. Its not ideal, but it will have to do..
