How can I recover my existing STP accounts

Our QA guy used my Office 365 and whatever he did, the STP portal now sees his email address, not mine. I am not able to edit to correct because the portal is saying my email address already exists. I need help to get back into our existing GovConnect accounts and I am not sure how to

    When you login using the 'Sign in with Office 365' button, are you able to access the GovConnect subscriptions that have been setup for your ABN?

    Hi Rav

    No, there are no GovConnect subscriptions at all.

    I believe it is because the Reckon STP portal no longer recognises my email address. My I T person is going to review my Office 365 permissions.

    I will let you know if this doesn't resolve the issue.
