Payroll Premier- Employee Details Audit Report

Folks,

is there a way to run some type of audit trail report to identify which user has changed certain employee details (eg. bank details, address etc.)?

The Reckon Payroll Premier program has a pre-set Audit Trail report as indicated in the guide.

Yep... I understand that however when I run this report, all i get is a list of payroll events. How can I modify the report to show all events?... namingly change to employee information?

Hi @eliasi

There is a limited amount of customization for that Audit Trail report.

The level of granularity you are looking for would not go as deep as employee field level changes.

If you click the Edit Report button, then right click on report area that shows the data, you will bring up the Object Properties screen. There you can see what fields are available for that report.
