Posting to STP

Hi,

I'm having issues with a terminated employee. I ran her pay (all fine) the file went through ok, however when I try to load it onto STP nothing appears at all. I know from reading the discussions a lot of other people had the same issue. It shows that she is terminated as per her name and STP file number, but nothing downloads into STP to lodge.

Would be interested to see how others sorted this issue.
