End of Year Discrepency

I have balanced my end of year and created the EOY file for the ATO submission. When I check that file (after opening the Gov Connect with Reckon) there is one employee missing. This employee has been terminated and when I check the Payment Summaries his record is there. I have 64 employees in the final run and only 63 in the ATO file. Please advise how to fix this.

Thanks I completed the archive clean up and it now puts his name in the file but no amounts for his PAYG or Gross. I have requested a support ticket.
