PAYG component of ETP payment

Hello fellow payroll specialist,

The PAYG component of an ETP payment should that be appearing under the PAYG column on the STP EOY file or is it omitted because it's taxed differently? The PAYG column is out by this amount when reconciling against PAYG in payroll
