Incorrect pay line when preparing pay

Our first line of our prepare pays shouldn't be there. It doesn't affect the payroll when it is actually processed, i thought the program update would fix it but it didn't. any suggestions on how to get it removed. We have rebuilt the data a few times and it has never been removed.
