Installation of Payroll Premier

Can I get some help please. Having trouble installing payroll premier 2023/2024 V32

I keep getting this pop up when trying to install. Ive logged in as administrator checked my computer, norton is turned disabled and I have plenty of space?? I have attempted a couple of times and this message keeps popping up.

    Hi @Emily 182

    There was similar post from a fellow Community member recently. Fully disabling the Norton anti-virus software temporarily and then performing the installation proved successful.

    Thanks Rav, I had to uninstall Norton and I was able to install Payroll Premier. Thank you for your reply.
