    I still cant load the program, anti virus is still blocking a file and another file won't load as shown in the below screenshots

    As mentioned above, your installation issue is something different and unrelated to the (now resolved) tax calculation issue in this thread. For support with the install problem you're currently encountering, please get in touch with our tech support team on 1300 137 657

    @Rockdown65 Switch off everything in the Norton 360 antivirus. There's four tabs in this antivirus section. Switch off everything in the box. I think the first tab has an option (box of the left) next to the apply box, tick (permanently). You can always undo this action once you installed Payroll Premier 23/24. The go across to the other tabs and turn everything else off. As I said, you can always reset the antivirus features once you completed the installation. This is what I did and it worked.

    @Rockdown65 did you have any luck with downloading payroll premier? I'm having the same problem. Same pop up. I also have norton.

    Hey Emily, I had to disable, actually uninstall Nortons to get it to install. Once installed I reinstalled Nortons and its been smooth sailing. It is a pain but it was the only way I could do it. Hopefully it works for you. I did try disabling but somehow it still blocked the files. Good luck 😀

    @Rockdown65 You're a lifesaver!! Thank you so much for your help. I uninstalled Norton and was able to install Payroll premier. Thanks so much for your help!

    Glad I could help. When the update comes through with the STP2 stuff in a month I'm hoping its much easier to install
