email payslips

I have installed Payroll Premier 2023-2024 and cannot email the payslips. Any ideas?
I had no trouble emailing them with Payroll Premier 2022-2023 and nothing has changed except upgrading to the new version.

What is happening specifically when you attempt to send out your payslips in the new version? Is there an error message appearing? If so, what is it?

No error message. Just sits there. The payslips used to appear so that you could select the ones to send but nothing appears now.
I have restarted the computer, reopened Outlook, tried again on a number of occasions. It is as though it has lost its way!
When I press email payslips at the top and look at the report writer icon at the bottom, it is as though it is printing them. For our records, we print 3 per page but for emailing, they go individually. The report writer at the bottom is showing 3 per page which to me seems to be confusing it.
