    Hi Pia,

Yes, Payroll Premier desktop is getting an upgrade to our cloud Reckon Payroll experience over the course of the next few weeks. I'll add some info to our previous announcement below if you haven't seen it already

Our teams are reaching out to all our Payroll Premier customers to provide more info about this and also lock in bookings for the upgrade itself. If you haven't heard from us yet you will be very soon, or alternatively give the team a buzz on 1800 732 566 and they'll be able to get things organised for you 🙂

    Hi Pia

I was contacted late last week by Reckon - Advised that Payroll Premier is no longer being supported with any updates including STP Phase 2 - Everyone is being migrated to Reckon Experience. BUT... The new program has limited reporting functions and other Payroll Premier functions not being available such as Awards & Classes. Have been told that Reckon have already held Webinar training for current Payroll Premier users moving across to Recon Experience.

Bit disheartened that Reckon have given such little time for us to move from one program to another - that has less functions that we already use.

    Hi Rav

I have migrated to the new Reckon Payroll and would like to create sub-accounts for personal leave. Is this possible?

Also it is not allowing any edits to the ABN regarding spaces between numbers.

Hey there Pia, awesome to hear you've made the upgrade! 🎉🎉

You can assign an account to an item by going to Settings ➡️ Pay Items ➡️ Select your leave item ➡️ Edit

You'll find the expense account that its currently assigned to here and you can also make changes to it if you wish.

If you'd like to create a new account to assign the item to ie. the account doesn't exist in the list, then you can do this using the Product Switcher to change over to your companion Reckon One book that has been setup in conjunction with your new Reckon Payroll.

Once you're in the Reckon One book, select Chart of Accounts ➡️ Create your new account

Once the account has been created, go back into Reckon Payroll and assign the new account to the leave item in its setup.

Thanks Rav, as a sub-account of personal leave is the Annual entitlement hours field zero as it is part of the 76 leave hours?
