COMPLAINT: Payroll Premier Issue & No Resolution. Outrageous.

We have spent 3 days trying to resolve a Payroll Premier issue with 3 technicians with no results unless you call being told you have to enter a years worth of entries all over again a result.

This is untenable and not good enough

We have been left by Reckon having to deal with the issue ourselves.

This issue needs to take this issue further. The issue requires a specialist technician who is fully appraised and up to speed with Payroll Premier or a developer or a consultant; someone who can fix this issue, now.

Would someone kindly direct us to someone higher up in the Reckon Payroll Premier team who can assist, a matter of utmost urgency.

    From what I understand, the team need to obtain access to the file in order to further investigate. A team leader will be in contact with you shortly to do so and they'll take it from there 🙂

    Hi Rav

    Our issue is still not resolved and now our IT consultant can't set me up to open Payroll Premier at all on my desktop.

    Files were sent to a Reckon technician today at 12:30pm. We have not heard from Reckon at all. We are still in the dark.

    Are you expedite or do something. We don't know where to turn.

    We don’t have a working payroll application!!!!!

     Would you please assist further?
