I have a new computer after the old one died, and have reinstalled Home and Business. When trying to edit the split i get "disk problem, switch to back" up, then "memorise address failure." I have Reckon Home & Business and separate Reckon STP, but this is getting expensive, nearly $500 pa. How do I set up Payroll and Super in Reckon Home & Business? Can this be done? If so, how do I do it? I want it to be in place by July 1 2026.

USB drive shows the file RBCxxxxxxxxxx20260609.rkn backup, but this file is not found when trying to restore. Why is it not found? How can I update my progamme fromm this backup? I have had this problem before, and have had to update the missing transactions manually.
When using one stop update the closing prices Coles (COL) and Woodside (WPL) are not updated. Using the STOCK CODE SEARCH function in Reckon Accounts it correctly identifies WPL as Woodside but for COL it only offers Coles Myer Ltd.

How can I overcome v31 Release R 1 preventing me either entering or changing categories when trying to enter against a memorised payee? Are there Register preferences that I must set to enable this? This issue has emerged only with update to v31 late last year. Previously I'd had no such difficulty.
