Taxable Payments Report requirement tick box on enter bills form.
It would be helpful to show whether suppliers have been added to Taxable Payment Annual Report from the enter bills window. If tick box is blank then a tick would send you to the supplier edit form. If it is already ticked, then a glance can confirm that they have been added and no need to check the supplier edit form.

Have the ability to get Barcode of an Item via SDK (and API for Hosted)
As a User, I want to get barcode of an Item from Reckon Accounts (Desktop and Hosted) via SDK/API to populate it in a third party application. For example, for Reckon Cloud POS, it'll be beneficial to get the barcode along with the items that are received so that users can start scanning them to sell in a Cash Register.…

Simplify the Install & Upgrade Guide
Feedback from a User:: If a customer is to perform their own Reckon upgrade then the instructions need to be precise and concise. There appeared to be gaps in the instructions and incorrect descriptions used, plus at over 80 pages in length, is too hard to follow

Gross payment flag for bill credit via API for Reckon Accounts Hosted
With the recent Reckon upgrade (2021 R2), we can send gross amounts for bills via API but this cannot be done for bill credits. It would be great if this can be done too just to avoid the rounding issues and also keep it consistent.

Supplier Part# Displayed When Receipting Goods In
Currently only "our" part# and description is displayed, in most cases that is good enough, but when ordering many similar items it would be handy to have the supplier part# visible too

Add a CLASS to an assembly build
At present, all assembly build COGS are "unclassified" in the Profit and Loss by Class Report. This is very inconvenient and as a result the report does not give accurate information. Surley this can be fixed.

In desktop version, have estimates shown as used when an invoice is created from the estimate at 100
Estimates remain 'active' even when fully completed through invoicing. We do not want the estimates made inactive, but do want them to be shown as fully 'used' when creating an invoice for additional work beyond the original estimate.

SORT PURCHASE ORDER ITEM COLUMN BY ASCENDING/DECENDING (A-Z, Z-A)
The ability to sort columns in Purchase Order window would greatly speed up checking arrived order against invoice when invoice part numbers are in alphabetical order. This then would make the Receive Items & Enter Bill function more efficient also, especially when receiving large orders.
