🚨 STP SUBMISSION PROCESSING DELAYS 🚨
Currently there are delays with STP submissions being processed due to a ATO system issue. Submissions are currently queued and will be sent for processing once we've received confirmation the ATO have resolved their issue.
I am using a generic scanner with Point of Sale and cannot get it to work with POS. Any suggestions

Hi Andrew, Thank you for getting in touch with me. Ended up getting another scanner. - the Datalogic Touch 65. Still no luck. I have tried to configure it, but when I go into a notepad no numbers show. Also got in contact with Reckon, but was told to get in touch with Datalogic themselves. Would you have any suggestions as to get it working?1

Thank you Andrew for you help. Tried it all, but nothing worked. I rang up Datalogic, had to scan 'USB-KBD' barcode and 'USA (Default)' barcode from the Quick Reference Guide. I was then sent a document with barcodes to include the tilda symbol in front of the barcode. It is now working in POS1

I have another question. As I have been trying to get the scanner working, I have transaction history on the POS Terminal. How can I delete it, as to start anew?0
