The pos onscreen keyboard keeps reducing in size so it can't be used. Any ideas??

2016 pos with accounts professional. No picture as I'm not at work but literally half the keyboard disappears as the keyboard has shrunk down (like in windows if you haven't maximised the window )- can't seem to make big again. It is happening every few days?? To get it working again we turn the computer on and off a few times and play around with monitor settings. It just seems to happen randomly ?
