POS Administrator label printer - prepares to install by windows installer

Hi - I'm using POS Administrator 2016 and since installing the latest Windows 10 Update, POS Administrator fails to print to the default USB printer. It finds the printer then immediately goes to Windows Installer and "Prepares to Install". The system then "hangs" requiring a complete reboot of our system. All other applications (Including Reckon Accounts) runs as normal. Does anyone have any ideas or experienced a similar problem?

Hi Warren, I have just experienced a similar problem with Windows 10 & Pos 2017. A simple uninstall and reinstall of the POS software fixed the problem. Give it a try.
