registration number pos

Hi,

We are changing our POS computer, we have all the details to reregister our licence to the new hardware but when we finish the proces online at registration.reckon we end up on the re-registration successfull with an empty box for the registration number...

Is there an other way to have access to this number?
Email? phone?

    Outside open hours... I assume they don't have an hotline Sunday.
