Button to alert table display has been filtered and allow all filters to be removed

When viewing any input option with a table of past entries with column titles having a Filter option, it would be good to have a Filter On button appear at the top of the screen whenever a filter is applied. The button should allow you to remove all the filters applied with the click of the button which should then disappear.
