Merge two customers and merge a customer and supplier

in Reckon One Ideas

I have migrated my system over from Reckon Hosted, and previously the reckon desktop app, which has been used for approx 2 decades. There is quite alot of duplicate suppliers/customers, as in its the same individual/company, but we have two different accounts for each.


It would be great to be able to merge these.

    Do you mean they're under two separate Reckon One books?

    They are in the same book

    For example, someone added one company "Facebook" as a supplier, then Facebook become a customer after, so they added "Facebook." as a customer. Two different profiles in the system for the same company.

    This was done before my time back in the old reckon system, but now in Reckon One what I'm left with is two profiles for the same company, instead of one company that is both a customer/supplier

    Actually I prefer suppliers have different accounts than the same name in customers. Some I am stuck with due to migration, but going forward I label them Cust. or Supp, after their name, thus making them different.
