Session Time out options

I would like to request that Reckon Accounts Hosted add an option for time out settings to be increased. It is very frustration to have to constantly log back in if the session has timed out. We are in and out of the system all day and sometimes the session could sit idle for a few hours but when we need to use Reckon we need to access it straight away. Can you please add an option to increase the Idle times. Thank you

Reckon default is 2 hours before timeout for non activity.

We discovered that it was the internet browser that was timing out and ending our Reckon session. Update the browser setting to overcome this.
