New to POS - Trying to do import from Reckon Premier to Reckon POS

an error has occurred in from QuickBooksImport:Get QuickbooksData 9 Subscript out of range, have tried everything, everything goes across except items.

Hi Helen - check out this KB article - should help? http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=3314 make sure you can rebuild and verify the Reckon File with no Errors... cheers Linda

Has it ever worked or is this the first time trying? What version of POS & Reckon Accounts are you using? Have you had someone (Tech Support or an Accredited Partner) look at the setup and configuration or help with the installation?
