Reckon Cloud POS - Amend Receipt

Reckon Cloud POS - is it possible to remove the Employee name from the receipt? is it possible to remove or change the % next to taxable items?

Hi Debbie,

Thank you for your post and I apologise for the late response.

You cannot remove employee from a sale.

You cannot remove the % from taxable item marking but you can replace it with another character.

Go to Management Sys > PREFERENCES> In Store > Receipt and Order Preference
Enter the new character for "Mark Taxable Item on Receipt"
