Hi there, just started a trail with fieldmagic but experiencing issues with the integration with Reckon accounts hosted. Can you please advise?

Hi Teddy,
Thank you for your advice, I have contacted fieldmagic & have a meeting set up today.
From previous experience I think the issue is because the company file is a shared company file as there are two users.
