Ability to Match Any Transaction

At the moment we have:
* Default Match - within 3 days and exact amount
* Advanced Match - Match to Invoices and Bills
Users would lik eto expand this functionality to be able to match against any transaction (eg an outstanding cheque from 2-3 weeks ago)

credit/debit cards especially can take more than 3 days to process through the bank, it would be better if it didnt match by date at all or at least had a much larger window
