Can I downgrade from personal plus 2013 to personal 2013 as I don't really use all the features of personal plus?

Hi,
Welcome to the Reckon Community.

You cannot downgrade your Personal Plus file to Personal as it contains fields that are not recognisable by Personal.

You will need to start a new file.

BTW, your username is not appearing - you can update it in your profile.

Hi Ken,

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

Unfortunately the issue is the same - you cannot downgrade from a higher version (H&B) to a lower version (Personal Plus) as the lower version does not have the features used by the higher version file.

You will have to start a new file in Personal Plus.
