How can I stop getting multiple POS transactions into Accounts at end of day?

How can I stop POS transfering multiple transactions for 1 day into accounts. Is there a setting so there is only one or two transactions that come into accounts. (eg. if I sold 300 coffees in one day, how do i not have 300 transactions coming into accounts?)

Hi Morgan,

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

You will need to enable the option Summarise transactions for posting to Accounts within POS admin.

1. Open up POS administrator, along the top menu click on Tools > Options

2. Tick the option Summarise transactions for posting to Accounts under ?the General tab.

Thanks Hoang, Is there the ability to go back to and re-import past transactions which have come through as multiple entries?
