cannot open company file

I have logged on to Reckon online and now system is prompting for User name and password to open company file. It is presenting my accountants user name. When I enter my user name and password they are not recognised. I cannot use my accountants name either.

Welcome to Reckon Community
Please login as Company file Administrator.
Normally the username is Admin and may have a password.
Once you're logged in, go to Company menu > Setup users and roles...
In the User list, select your username and select Edit
Remove and re enter your password.
Select OK
Now log off as Admin to the company file and login as yourself with the password to gain access to the company file
