Why is the wrong amout of tax being taken out of wages?

    Hello Leanda,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    Firstly check that you the the Tax Table Update for 2013 installed.  With your Accounts Business open press Ctrl+1 and the Product line should have R1 or R2 at the end of the line.


    If you have R1 then download the Tax Table Update 2013 from: 
    http://home.reckon.com.au/support/Home/Downloads/UpdatesServicePacks.aspx 

    Also, in the Employees record, check that you have the correct pay frequency (weekly, fortnightly, etc) selected, and in Tax Details, the correct Tax code is selected:
