why isn't my last backup location remembered by Business Pro?

I have Reckon Accounts Pro 2013. When I backup up to a local destination I go through the setup telling it where to backup, etc. Every time I do my next backup I have to start again and tell it where to back up etc. I can't seem to get Reckon to remember the settings.

    Hi Gary,

    You can fix this by creating a new folder called QuickBooks 2013 in the following directory: C:\ProgramData\Intuit.  You dont need to put anything in that folder, just create it, backup, then start the backup again to test that its working now.
