Why isn't our logo printing on the POS receipt from an Epson TM-T88V receipt printer?

When printing receipts in POS lite Our logo isnt printing on top of the receipts. It is linked to the printer through the utility to do so and work through testing it. Does POS lite not issue the command to print these logos.

Hi David,
I have just been pulling my hair out over this. I have a TM-T20 and have had to go into the Printer Utility program and tell it to print the logo after the paper has been cut.
In the "In-Product" help it says
7.(optional) If you have Epson TM-T90, Epson TM-J2100, Epson TM-T88 III or POSiflex PP-4000 selected you may click the Print logo in Header and/or Print logo in Footer check boxes.
I think the feature only works with those Printers.
Now its been set in the Utility section, it prints each time. I know they are different printers, but they are both Epson so this may work for you. Hope so anyway.

my TMU-220D EPSON printer can not print the logo. How cani fix it??I've installed according to the instructions manual carefully
