Issues printing payslips

Hi There

Just trying to print some payslips and am finding that it will not print the payslip in its entirety. It will only print about 1/4 of what it should be printing. Anyone have any idea of how to adjust the print margins and get it so that I can see and print the whole payslip not just a potion of it.

Had this same issue a few months ago..... but can't for the life of me remember how I fixed it.

Hi Susan,

If using Reckon Accounts Hosted login to Manage my account and delete the print files. If using Reckon Accounts Plus, Pro, Premier or Enterprise you will need to manually delete the print files.
